Track Consumer Goals & Objectives: Monitoring and recording the progress of consumers' personal goals and objectives within the program.
Program Participation Tracking: Keeping records of consumer engagement and involvement in various aspects of the program.
Prevent Hospital Days: Implementing strategies to minimize instances where consumers would require hospitalization.
Tracking Movement through ABOUND’s 3-phase Residential Model: Monitoring the transition of consumers through the three phases of ABOUND's residential program.
Admissions and Discharges: Efficiently managing the process of admitting new consumers and discharging those who have completed their program.
Annual Consumer Satisfaction Surveys: Conducting surveys to gather feedback from consumers about their experience and satisfaction with the program.

Professional Staff
